Cindy Mills

Cynthia Mills has been an Olentangy Valley resident for over 13 years, and has a BA degree from Ohio State University. She has been in corporate America for over 24 years, and experienced both the pain and gain of that environment.

After suffering various health problems resulting from stress and an unbalanced life she decided to pursue a personal yoga practice to relieve the symptoms. Her physical and mental health both improved immediately, and she decided to deepen her practice by enrolling in the Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga on High and become a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She has had the privilege of studying with outstanding teachers such as Rodney Yee, Cyndi Lee, Angela Farmer, Jean Couch and Marcia Miller. Yoga has totally changed her life for the better physically, emotionally and spiritually. As a result she wanted to share the power of this practice with others, and she started the yoga program at the Powell/Liberty YMCA. She realized the need for holistic health services for the community and by being open enough to listen to her intituition decided to open Harmony House Wellness Center in September of 2003. She has since become certified in NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

Cynthia feels blessed to have the opportunity to offer a full service Holistic Health Center to our community and appreciates all the support they have given. As she continues on this journey of enlightenment, she realizes the importance of harmonizing the mind, body and spirit and hopes to educate others on these alternatives.
